We encourage you to come and browse through our décor studio at your convenience in advance of your colour appointment to familiarize yourself with the wide range of options and upgrades that are available to you. In order to assist you in preparing for your colour appointment, we provide you with a "Décor Worksheet".

As we are unable to accommodate any changes once your colours have been selected, we encourage you to give serious consideration to what you want in the way of appliances, bathroom fixtures, flooring and cabinetry.

HELPFUL HINTS
Following will help to assist you in preparation for your color appointment

• Central vac rough-in normally terminates in the garage.
• Do some research on different appliances that are available in the marketplace? (Ask about the option to rough-in gas for a gas stove and dryer … ask about the option to extend the counter top with a lip to accommodate a slide in stove; ask about gables for the refrigerator).
• Enquire from our on-site representative about the size of the refrigerator and stove openings ... before purchasing your appliances.
• Standard light in all bathrooms is in the centre of the ceiling. (Ask about the optional rough-in light fixture above the mirrors for vanity lighting)

Some other options to consider:

• Shower light,
• Glass shower door,
• Garage door opener outlet in garage ceiling,
• Cabinets in laundry room,
• Upgraded faucets, trim and flooring,
• Valance and lighting under kitchen cabinets,
• Kitchen upgrades - microwave shelf, pots and pans drawers, pantry, size of cabinets above fridge & lazy suzan.

Please remember to bring in a cheque to pay for any upgrades, or advise that the amount is to be added to your purchase price, as an amendment will be required. All upgrades are paid for upfront at the time of colours, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
